New Additional Open Casting Calls
There will be two open casting calls in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on August 28th and 29th for the upcoming Terrence Malick feature film starring Ben Affleck, Rachel McAdams, Javier Bardem, and Rachel Weisz. The film has a working title of 'Project B'.
Director/Writer Terrence Malick is staying true to form and keeping the film's story and title under tight wraps. Terry Malick is known as a notoriously reclusive filmmaker, his contracts stipulate that no one may photograph him, and he routinely declines requests for interviews. Most Hollywood insiders consider Malick's films to be masterpieces, in particular Badlands and Days of Heaven. Malick was nominated for an Academy Award for both Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Director for The Thin Red Line. Malick grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
The film's Oklahoma casting director is seeking people of all ages, ethnicities, and types. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No previous acting experience is required and all are encouraged to try out. There are speaking roles available as well as background extras.
