The M. Night Shyamalan film The Last Airbender - aka "Avatar: The Last Airbender" (working title) is scheduled to be released in theaters July 2, 2010 and the trailer has been all over the Internet and small screen. The Austin, TX extras casting director is holding an open casting calls for people to appear as background actors in the film. The film will be shooting in the Austin, Granger, and Blanko, Texas areas during April and May of 2010.
